Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before shipment:

You can cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status, as long as the cancel option is available on App/Website/M-site. Or it can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of order placement.

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

Cancellation after shipment:

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

Change in shipping address:

Once the shipping address is entered in for the order, it cannot be modified.

Exchange of goods purchased:

Items once purchased cannot be exchanged, it has to be returned and refunded as of the return and refund policy.

Return Policy

Returns are the provision by the sellers under different category where the option of return & refund is provided to you by the respective sellers. The return policy may not be the same for all the products under a different product category.  The product which is under the warranty period will be redirected to the service center, return & refund policies will not be eligible for such products. You can refer to the product page for the applicable return policy. 

  1. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on Shuvautsav website. Return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. For electronic appliances & mobile phones related issues after usage or after the return policy period, please check if the product is covered under seller warranty or brand warranty. Please refer to the product page to check warranty option.
  3. For selected categories, we accept a change of mind. Please refer to the product page to check if the vendor accepts "change of mind" or not.
  4. Stitched products are customized to your measurement, cannot be resold/ reused and hence will not be eligible for returns/ refunds.

Valid reasons to return an item

  1. Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on)
  2. Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories)
  3. Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/colour, fake item, or expired)
  4. Delivered product is does not match product description or picture (i.e product not as advertised)
  5. Delivered product does not fit. (i.e. size is unsuitable)

Conditions for Returns

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. For fashion products, products may be tried on to see if the item fits. This will still be considered as unworn.
  2. The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, VAT/ PAN invoice and accessories.
  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging/box. If the product was delivered in Shuvautsav packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer's packaging / box.

NOTE: It is important to indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process.

Returns Policy per Category

Please note that certain items marked as non-returnable on product page are not eligible for return. For more information, view the complete list of non- returnable items.

If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.

Note: Non- returnable items: Stitched products are customized to your measurement, cannot be resold/ reused and hence will not be eligible for returns/ refunds.  

If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you between 6-8 days. Item will be sent to scrap after three (3) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given.

Refund Policy

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below. The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (1-2 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows:

Shipping charge refund 

  1. If the refund is initiated due to “no longer needed” -then the shipping charge will not be refunded 
  2. If the refund is initiated due to wrong/defective/damaged/quality issue, then the shipping charge will be refunded.
