STITCHING POLICY

Shuvautsav offers tailoring services as well for the unstitched items purchased from our website, like blouses from sarees and lehengas, unstitched kurta and dress materials.

At present we only offer stitching facility to the items available in our website only.

Pico and Falls are attached to all the sarees available in our site.

Stitching Process

  • Firstly, Select a product (clothing), see if there is stitching facility available. If available, select the option for stitching.

Note: Stitching facility is available only to unstitched/ semi-stitched clothing and not to readymade clothing.

  • Then Payment should be made in advance for both the product and the stitching facility.
  • We will send a body measurement form to be filled for the stitching option through the e-mail that you have sign up.
  • Once you send us back the filled body measurement form, we will start the stitching job.

Note: Added delivery days due to stitching facility will start from the day we receive your filled body measurement form and not the purchased date.

  • During the stitching process, if we need any prior approval or if the design you have asked cannot be made, we will contact you through viber or whatsapp or emails and keeps you updated.

Stitched items delivery time

Generally, additional 5- 10 days (depending upon the design and number of items) are required to stitch an item.

Note: 5 days for single item and 10 days and more for 2 or more items.

Stitching Charges

Stitching charges are mentioned in the product itself and the total amount will be calculated while checking out.

Exchange Policy for stitched items

Shuvautsav does not offer any exchange policy on your stitched order. However, a request can be initiated if the customer is looking for a re-size given the prepared order does not match the measurements shared and it should be within the first 48 hours of delivery to initiate the process.

Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy for stitched items

  • Cancellation of stitching option can be done before you sending us your filled body measurement form. Once we receive the form and the job has been started, cancellation cannot be performed.
  • Stitched orders cannot be returned as it is customized to your body measurement and cannot be resold or reuse. However, it can be resized if our stitching does not match to the body measurement you have provided and it should be within the first 48 hours of delivery to initiate the process.
  • Stitched orders cannot be refunded as it cannot be resold or reuse by others. However, it can be resized if our stitching does not match to the body measurement you have provided and it should be within the first 48 hours of delivery to initiate the process.
